Tasting notes Varieties: 80% Tempranillo, 10% Verdejo, 10% mixture of varieties. Colour: Shining and crystalline strawberry. Nose: Very alive fruit aromas. With high aromatic intensity, very balanced and full of shades. Mouth : The attack is goloso, showing a balanced evolution. It is a fresh wine that contains endogenous CO2 coming from a natural fermentation. It has a final length, of good memory. Serve at: 8º - 10º C.
